Zeke Wilmot was the top predictor in the Atomic City Road Runner (ACRR) weekly pace race held on the Bayo Canyon Road at the bottom of Main Hill Road, 1 second off his predicted time. Other accurate predictors were: Felix Candia (3s), Valerio Pinchetti (5s), Eric Anderson (10s), and Lynn Bjorklund (12s), who was also the first female finisher in the 3-mile distance at 25:57.
11-year-old Levi Gartz was the top finisher on the 1-mile course with a time of 8:17, and the top female was 7-year-old Ivana Velechovsky at 13:06.
Over the 2-mile distance, Warren Scoggins finished first at 27:56, and Catherine Hensley was the top female at 36:34. Paul Geimer was the best finisher in the 3-mile distance, recording a 20:07.
Next week’s race will be held on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at 6:00 PM on North Mesa, just past the horse stables to the South of the rodeo arena. 1, 2, and 3-mile courses will be available.
